Pisa, San Gimignano and Siena in one day!
After departing Florence early in the morning, you will arrive in Pisa early to see the Field of Miracles, with the spectacular Cathedral, the Baptistry, the Monumental Cemetery and of course, the world famous Leaning Tower of Pisa.
Then we enjoy a scenic drive through the gentle hills just outside of UNESCO recognized San Gimignano for a typical Tuscan lunch paired with local wine at a winery. After lunch you have free time to explore San Gimignano with its cobblestone streets and visit many of the local artisan shops.
Then a drive through the spectacular rolling landscape of Chianti brings you to Siena where a professional guide will take you on a walking tour to visit the one-of-a-kind Piazza del Campo and Siena’s spectacular Cathedral with a visit to its awe-inspiring interior.
End the day with some free time to enjoy a coffee, an aperitif, or some typical sweets from Siena: sweet almond cookies or panforte.
On the way back to Florence, you can enjoy watching the sunset over one of the most spectacular landscapes in the world.
